1. Agreement to Terms

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website or purchase any of our travel packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, or visa services.

2. Description of Services

Shankh Airways & Tours acts as a travel consolidator and agency. We provide users with information on domestic and international flights, hotel rooms, customized holiday packages, visa requirements, travel insurance, and airport transfer services.

Please note that we act solely as an intermediary (agent) between you and the travel suppliers (including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers). The services we facilitate are subject to the terms, conditions, and rules of the respective travel suppliers.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the travel suppliers. When you make a booking request:

• Price Changes: Fares, rates, and package costs are dynamic and can fluctuate until the booking is fully ticketed or confirmed. We reserve the right to correct error rates.
• Payment Requirements: Bookings must be accompanied by full payment or a specified deposit. If the payment is not processed successfully, we reserve the right to cancel the booking request.
• Card Security: By providing credit or debit card details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card and authorize us to charge it for the booking amount.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and modification requests are subject to the policy of the respective airline, hotel, or tour provider:

• Cancellation Fees: The travel supplier's cancellation terms apply directly to your bookings. In addition, Shankh Airways & Tours reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations or modifications.
• Refund Process: Refund claims will be processed once we receive the refund back from the respective airline, hotel, or supplier. This timeline usually takes between 7 to 15 business days depending on the provider.
• Non-refundable Bookings: Certain promotional tickets, holiday packages, and hotel reservations are strictly non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled under any circumstances.

5. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information (such as passenger names, passport numbers, birth dates) during the booking process. Any mismatch can result in denial of boarding by airlines.
• Ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your travel date and that you obtain all appropriate visas, travel permits, and health declarations for your destination.
• Comply with all airport security requirements, luggage restrictions, check-in deadlines, and hotel policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shankh Airways & Tours acts as a booking agent and is not the direct provider of flights, rooms, or tour transport. Therefore:

• We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage loss, or airline insolvencies.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, arising out of the services provided by third-party suppliers.
• We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of information, amenities, or services listed for third-party hotels and packages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Shankh Airways & Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this website without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of this website or bookings made through Shankh Airways & Tours shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Ghaziabad or Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
